Ridden confidently by Antony Raj S., Stud Poker was settled in midfield early as the pace unfolded over the mile-and-a-half trip. The jockey bided his time before launching a decisive move in the straight, where the colt responded with sharp acceleration to seize control in the closing stages. Once hitting the front, Stud Poker quickened away in assured fashion, sealing the contest with authority and stopping the clock at 1:24.06, marking a smooth maiden breakthrough.
The runner-up spot went to VALOR QUEEN under Vivek G., trained by Prasanna Kumar, who kept on steadily but had to settle for second with a timing of 1:26.40 after being prominent throughout. SHUTTERFLY finished third for jockey P. Trevor and trainer S.S. Attaollahi, clocking 1:27.03, staying on at one pace in the final furlong as the top two pulled clear.
