Regal Reality travelled comfortably through the early stages before Akshay Kumar gradually improved position approaching the bend. Once balanced for the final run-in, the S.S. Attaollahi-trained runner quickened decisively and asserted control inside the last furlong, holding the advantage with authority despite late pressure from stablemate Stellantis. The winner’s turn of foot proved decisive in the closing stages as the field battled hard over the fast six-furlong trip.
Stellantis, ridden by Shreyas Singh for trainer S.S. Attaollahi, finished second after a determined chase, stopping the clock at 1:12.82. Royal Deccan, partnered by Antony Raj S. and trained by Arjun Mangalorkar, stayed on gamely to secure third in 1:13.05, ensuring a competitive finish among the leading trio.
