BTC will stage a seven-race programme beginning at 3:00 PM, with Class V, Class IV, Class III and maiden contests spread between 1100 metres and 1400 metres, setting up a competitive and closely watched afternoon for racing followers.
In the opening act of the day’s proceedings at the Garden City circuit, The Camino Plate Division II will be run at 3:00 PM over 1200 metres for Class V horses rated 00 to 25 carrying prize money of Rs.4,50,000. The field will feature TYAARAA ridden by Antony Raj S, ZAYANA partnered with Pavan, STAR OF THE FUTURE with Rayan Ahmed R, JOLIE’S STAR with P Mani, along with RISING FORM, MERICLE BEAUTY, N R I MILLENNIUM, MYSTICAL QUEEN, DR COLCHESTER, EMBOSOM and EMERALDO. Moving into the early rhythm of the card, The Epsom Plate Division II will be staged at 3:30 PM over 1300 metres for Class IV horses rated 20 to 45 with prize money of Rs.5,10,000. IMPERADOR partnered with Mukesh Kumar from Hyderabad, ADORNMENT ridden by Akshay Kumar, VIBRANT QUEEN with L Alex Rozario and JOYFUL SPIRIT with R Vaibhav headline the lineup alongside STALINGRAD, FREDERIKA, HUSHED, QUEENDOM, GLAZE and FEMME FATALE. As the opening day programme gathers depth, The Pattadakal Plate will be staged at 4:30 PM over 1400 metres for Class IV horses rated 20 to 45 carrying prize money of Rs.5,10,000. THRILL OF BRAZIL ridden by Mukesh Kumar from Hyderabad, EL ALAMEIN partnered with Neeraj Rawal, BELLAVITA with S Sachin, EBOTSE with Aleemuddin along with GOLDEN TIME, GANDOLFINI, STENTORIAN, SUNDANCE KID and THE GOLDEN DREAM complete a balanced field where stamina will be tested.
Approaching the feature segment of the card, The International Labour Day Trophy will be held at 5:00 PM over 1100 metres for maiden three year olds with the highest prize money of Rs.11,00,000.
