The opening race of the Hyderabad Winter Races 2025-2026 on Saturday, 4 April, set the tone for an exhilarating day at the track. Race 1, THE CYNDY PLATE, a Class I handicap for maiden horses aged four years and upward rated 20 to 45, was run over 1800 metres at 02:55 PM, and saw Yuvraj (Jockey: Mukesh Kumar, Trainer: D. Racing in the colours of M/s Suchit Jayraj Shah, Sudarshan Singh Rathore Kanwar & Rishiraj Singh Rathore, the winner showcased poise and acceleration to seize a memorable victory. The tactical timing and measured burst ensured a smooth and authoritative triumph, leaving spectators impressed with the winner’s composure.
