Sandesh for trainer Sanjay Kolse, giving owners Mr Vikram Bachhawat rep Bachhawat Farms Pvt Ltd, Dr S P Sardeshmukh, Mr S R Sanas & Mr Rajiv S Ghule a memorable success on the day.
In what shapes as a key highlight of the Mumbai race result 30 March card, the race unfolded at a brisk tempo from the outset, with early speed setting the tone for a competitive dash. Settled well within striking distance, Dreams Come True travelled strongly throughout before being produced at the right moment by Sandesh. Once asked for an effort inside the final furlong, the filly responded decisively, quickening clear to assert authority and leave little doubt about the outcome.
Sporting Alice chased gamely to secure second place, with Neeraj Rawal in the saddle for trainer B. Prithviraj, while Absolute Emperor finished third under Mukesh Kumar for trainer P. S. Chouhan, both runners keeping on but unable to match the winner’s finishing burst.
