Sky Full Of Stars, ridden by Akshay Gaikwad and trained by Aman Altaf Hussain, finished second after staying in contention throughout the dash but unable to match the winner’s finishing burst. Rise All Stars, partnered by S. G. Prasad for trainer Sangramsinh N. Joshi, stayed on to claim third place and complete the placings in the fast-run sprint.
Earlier in the evening, the programme began with Exuma delivering a commanding performance in Race 1, The Aziz H. Ahmedbhoy Trophy (2400m) at 5:00 PM. Ridden by N. S. Parmar and trained by M. K. Jadhav, Exuma scored for Mr Prashant Nagar rep SKJ Thoroughbreds Pvt Ltd, with Pristine Glory finishing second under Neeraj Rawal for trainer Karthik Ganapathy, while Diego Garcia, ridden by Yash Narredu and trained by Adhirajsingh Jodha, secured third.
The action continued in Race 2, The Euphemia Plate (1200m) at 5:30 PM, where Admirable produced a solid performance under Akshay Kumar to win for trainer P. S. Chouhan and the ownership group of Dr Ram H Shroff & Mr Raj H Shroff rep Stride Livestock Pvt Ltd, Mr S R Sanas, Mr Chetan Shah, Mr Subodh Maskara & Mr Pankaj Kumar Maskara rep Citoc Ventures Private Limited & Mr D R Thacker rep DT Racing & Breeders LLP. Minari finished second with Neeraj Rawal aboard for Imtiaz A. Sait, while Paloma, ridden by Yash Narredu for trainer M. Narredu, completed the top three.
In Race 3, The Osman Chotani Plate (1800m) at 6:00 PM, Youremanorborne justified strong support with a well-judged ride from R. Ajinkya for trainer P. S. Chouhan, scoring for owner Mr B Vijeth Bhandari. Tropical Paradise finished second under N. S. Parmar for trainer M. K. Jadhav, while Exotic Star, ridden by B. Nikhil and trained by S. Waheed, ran on to take third.
The sprinting action intensified in Race 4, The Radha Sigtia Trophy (1000m) at 6:30 PM, where Foxy showed impressive speed under Aditya Waydande to win for trainer Behram Cama and owner Mr Jaydev M Mody rep J M Livestock Pvt Ltd. Storm Cloud, ridden by Prashant P. Dhebe for Narendra Lagad, finished second, while Cellini, partnered by A. Omkar and trained by Bezan Chenoy, claimed third.
The penultimate contest, Race 5, The Indian Navy Trophy (1400m) at 7:00 PM, saw Manwar score a confident victory under Akshay Kumar for trainer P. S. Chouhan, representing owners Mr Marthand Singh Mahindra & Mrs Rina Mahindra. Undercover, ridden by Yash Narredu for Faisal A. Abbas, finished second, while Agatha, partnered by Vivek G. for trainer Bezan Chenoy, secured third place.
