The Wolverhampton Race Cards 22 December will outline a competitive nine-race all-weather programme scheduled for Monday evening, with action taking place under the lights on the Tapeta surface. Racing will begin at 4:30pm and continue through to 8:30pm, featuring a mix of novice contests and handicaps across a range of distances and prize levels.
The card will cater for developing two-year-olds, progressive three-year-olds, and established handicappers, with race distances stretching from sharp five-furlong sprints to a staying test over two miles. Prize money across the evening will range from £6,000 to £9,500, ensuring consistent quality throughout the fixture.
The opening contest at 4:30pm will be a RESTRICTED NOVICE STAKES (CLASS 5) over seven furlongs and 36 yards, offering £6,300 in prize money. The first division will include Em Jay Kay, Gustav Graves, Wedgewood, Spendmore Lane, and Amerjeet.
The second division will feature Bluebells Boy, Desert Champion, Papa Don’t Preach, Street Life, Stash The Cash, and Isla Bella.
