The fifth race of the Calcutta Races Autumn Meeting (Third Day) on Thursday, 6th November 2025, at the Kolkata Racecourse, delivered thrilling action in The Stand Off Handicap, a Class IV contest for horses rated 21–46 (1–26 eligible), run over 1200 meters at 3:15 PM. Cash Your Luck, owned by Ms. Ankita, produced a determined performance under jockey Vishal N Bunde for trainer Sabeel Shariff, clocking a decisive 1:14.361 to secure victory.
Breaking sharply from the gates, Cash Your Luck quickly settled into a prominent position, keeping close tabs on the early pace setters. With Vishal N Bunde expertly guiding her, the filly maintained composure while tracking the front runners through the bend. In the final stretch, Cash Your Luck unleashed a powerful turn of foot, surging past rivals with precision and timing, leaving no doubts about her superiority on the day.
Jean Lafette (J: Antony Raj S., T: B. Mahesh) fought hard to secure second place in 1:14.840, staying on strongly but unable to catch the winner. Lavish Girl (J: Hasib Alam, T: S. S. Habbu) completed the podium in 1:14.972, demonstrating gamely finishing speed in a tightly contested finish.
