From the outset, Global Fashion positioned well off the early pace, conserving energy while tracking the leaders. In the final 400 metres, Antony Raj S. guided the filly with precision, unleashing a strong, sustained run down the centre of the track. Global Fashion responded immediately to the drive, overtaking rivals decisively and maintaining a clear margin to the wire, demonstrating both stamina and tactical speed.
The runner-up honours went to Aretha (J: Imran Chisty, T: Rutherford Alford), who finished strongly in 1:44.133, keeping the race tightly contested in the closing stages. Mahlagha (J: Aleemuddin, T: Vikash Jaiswal) completed the trifecta, crossing in 1:45.160, ensuring the top three were closely bunched.
