The Calcutta Monsoon Meeting concluded its action-packed afternoon with Race 7 — The Dysnomia Handicap Div II, a 1200-metre Class IV contest for horses rated 21–46. Trillionaire (Jockey: Vishal N Bunde, Trainer: B Rajender Reddy) delivered an eye-catching performance for owner Mr. Praveen Kumar Katakam, crossing the finish line in 1:13.744 to cap off the day in style.
Trillionaire broke alertly from the gates and settled comfortably in midfield during the early stages. Patiently stalking the leaders, he unleashed a decisive turn of foot in the final furlong. Bunde timed the finishing effort perfectly, driving Trillionaire clear inside the last 100 metres to secure a confident and commanding victory.
Impressive Annie (J: R S Bhati, T: Aashay Doctor) gave a determined chase but had to settle for second in 1:14.184, while Cyrenacia (J: Antony Raj S., T: B Mahesh) ran strongly late to claim third in 1:14.497. The top three finished in quick succession, making for a competitive and exciting finale.
