The 41st Asian Racing Conference 2026 will break new ground in Riyadh, marking the city’s first time as host and aligning with the 2026 Saudi Cup meeting.Organised by the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia (JCSA) and the Asian Racing Federation, the conference will run from February 9–14, 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Centre. The theme, “Honouring Tradition – Shaping The Future”, will guide discussions through the week.

Asian Racing Conference 2026 Programme

The business programme is scheduled for February 10–12, featuring plenary sessions addressing current and emerging issues for the sport. Speakers from racing, technology, business, media and broadcasting will contribute via keynotes, presentations and panel discussions.

Saudi Cup Alignment

Delegates will have the opportunity to attend The Saudi Cup at King Abdulaziz Racecourse on February 14, the JCSA’s marquee event and the world’s richest race. The timing places the conference immediately alongside one of the sport’s highest-profile fixtures.
