The final race of day 22 of the Bangalore Summer Meeting, The Camineto Plate Div I, brought the curtain down on an exciting Sunday at the turf. This 1200-meter handicap sprint for horses rated 20 to 45 carried a total prize of ₹5,10,000.
Eleanora emerged as the fitting finale winner, surging ahead under Suraj Narredu for trainer Rajesh Narredu in 1:14.18. The filly is raced by Poonawalla Racing & Breeding Pvt Ltd rep. by Mr Zavaray S. Poonawalla, Mrs Behroze Z. Poonawalla, Mr Yohan Z. Poonawalla, Mrs Michelle Y. Poonawalla, Ms Delna Z. Poonawalla, Mrs Simone Poonawalla Pandole and Mr Rishad N. Pandole.
Mutual Trust finished second, guided by P. Trevor and trained by S.S. Attaollahi, finishing in 1:14.52. True Punch completed the top three, piloted by Antony Raj S. for trainer M. Rajendra Singh, clocking 1:15.01.
