She’s A Teaser, trained by S. Waheed and ridden by Bhawani Singh, surged to victory in a determined display, clocking 1:11.326. Racing for Mr Ketan S. Wakkar, the runner maintained a strong gallop and responded well when asked for acceleration, keeping the lead intact under pressure.
Tote-favourite Zip Along, trained by Narendra Lagad and guided by C. Umesh, followed closely behind and claimed second place with a timing of 1:12:029.
Continental Drift, trained by Adhiraj Singh Jodha and partnered by Santosh G., completed the frame in 1:12:150, rounding off another tight finish on what has been a lively opening day.
