As the Mysore Summer Races 2025 neared its final stages on Day 6, the penultimate event—The Renowned Plate—took center stage at 4:30 PM. A Class II race for horses rated 60 and above, this 1400-meter contest showcased quality runners and offered a fitting buildup to the day’s grand finale.

Stellantis, ridden to precision by P. Trevor and trained by S. S. Attaollahi, claimed top honors in a well-measured performance, stopping the clock at 1:24.175. Racing in the colours of M/s. Rama Seshu Eyunni, Marthand Singh Mahindra & Mrs. Rina Mahindra, the 5-year-old gelding showed great tactical speed and held on gamely under pressure to earn a decisive win.

Finishing a close second was Rise Again, trained by Fahad Khan and partnered by C. Umesh, who maintained strong momentum throughout but was unable to close the narrow gap in the final meters. He clocked 1:24.331, missing the top spot.

Heroism, guided by Faiz for trainer C. D. Monnappa, rounded out the top three with a timing of 1:24.770, making a late push to secure a respectable finish in a tightly packed field.
